ChargeGuard Terms of Use
The agreement that governs your use of ChargeGuard, including its Premium one-time purchase.
These Terms of Use govern your use of ChargeGuard ("the app"), published by ZEN LABS S.R.L. (CUI 51808907, Reg. Com. J2025035220005), Bucharest, Romania. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License (Apple Standard EULA)
Unless you have a separate signed agreement with us, your use of ChargeGuard is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which is incorporated here by reference. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The purchase terms below add to — and, where they conflict, take precedence over — the Standard EULA.
Premium (one-time purchase)
- What it is. Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks faster complication updates (where watchOS permits), advanced notifications, and customization. It is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge.
- Price. ChargeGuard Premium is a one-time US$4.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency, set by Apple's pricing tiers), shown in the app before you buy and confirmed at checkout.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Yours to keep. Once purchased, Premium stays unlocked on every device signed in with the same Apple ID, and works with Family Sharing where enabled.
- Restore. Reinstalling or switching devices? Use Restore Purchases in Settings to re-unlock Premium at no additional cost.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are made to Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and your statutory rights.
Acceptable use
Use ChargeGuard for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the app except as permitted by the Standard EULA or applicable law.
Disclaimer
Battery readings and time-to-full estimates are provided for convenience and may be delayed or approximate due to watchOS and iOS system behavior. ChargeGuard is provided "as is," without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and note material changes in the app's release notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
