Cadence Privacy Policy
What Cadence collects, what it doesn't, and the choices you have.
Cadence is a haptic interval and breathing guide for Apple Watch, published by ZEN LABS S.R.L. (Bucharest, Romania). It is built to do one thing well without harvesting your data. This policy describes the data practices of the Cadence app specifically.
What we collect
Nothing off your device. Cadence runs its intervals, timers, and haptic cues entirely on your Apple Watch. There are no servers that receive your sessions, schedules, or activity, and we cannot see how or when you use the app.
What we don't collect
- No account — Cadence has no sign-up and no login.
- No personal information, contacts, or health data we receive.
- No advertising identifiers and no tracking across apps or websites.
- No analytics that leave your device.
StoreKit & purchases
Cadence is a one-time in-app purchase sold through Apple. When you buy it, Apple processes the payment via your Apple ID using StoreKit. Apple handles your payment details — we never receive or store your card information. We receive only the anonymous transaction status needed to unlock the app on your device.
Third-party SDKs
Cadence ships without third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and it does not share any data with third parties — including third-party AI services. If we ever add a diagnostics or crash-reporting tool, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before it ships, disclose exactly what it collects, and ask for your consent where required.
Data retention
Because Cadence collects no data off-device, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on a server. On-device data lives only on your devices and is removed when you delete the app.
Your choices
You can turn off notifications in iOS Settings at any time, remove the Watch complication, or delete the app — which removes all of its on-device data. Cadence is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to manage or cancel.
Children
Cadence is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, where the change is material, note it in the app's release notes.
