Cadence Terms of Use
The agreement that governs your use of Cadence, including its one-time purchase.
These Terms of Use govern your use of Cadence ("the app"), published by ZEN LABS S.R.L. (CUI 51808907, Reg. Com. J2025035220005), Bucharest, Romania. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License (Apple Standard EULA)
Unless you have a separate signed agreement with us, your use of Cadence is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which is incorporated here by reference. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The purchase terms below add to — and, where they conflict, take precedence over — the Standard EULA.
Purchase (one-time)
- What it is. Cadence is unlocked by a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge.
- Price. Cadence is a one-time US$4.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency, set by Apple's pricing tiers), shown in the app before you buy and confirmed at checkout.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Yours to keep. Once purchased, the app stays unlocked on every device signed in with the same Apple ID, and works with Family Sharing where enabled.
- Restore. Reinstalling or switching devices? Use Restore Purchases to re-unlock at no additional cost.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are made to Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and your statutory rights.
Acceptable use
Use Cadence for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the app except as permitted by the Standard EULA or applicable law.
Disclaimer
Cadence is provided for convenience and may be delayed or approximate due to watchOS and iOS system behavior, connectivity, and the data you provide. Cadence is provided "as is," without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and is not a safety-critical or medical device.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and note material changes in the app's release notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
